Eye (Make 2)
Use dark blue yarn and 3.25 mm hook.
R1: 6sc in magic ring (6)
R2: [Inc x2, 1sc] x2 (10)
R3: [1sc, inc x2, 2sc] x2 (14)
R4: [2sc, inc x2, 3sc] x2 (18)
FO
Make a cross shape with white yarn for the eye.

Sew the eyes on the head. Top and bottom edges of the eye are on hole 13 and 21 respectively.

Both eyes are 9st apart.


Next, use dark blue yarn for top and bottom eyelashes. Top eyelashes are 3st long. Bottom eyelashes are 2st long. The green dot indicates a skipped hole.


Hair
Use dark blue embroidery thread and a 1.5 mm hook.
R1: 5sc in magic ring (5)
R2-7 [6rs]: Sc around (5)
Pause.
Cut a wire of 12 inches long. 


Fold down one end of the wire as in the picture. Left picture shows the tip is folded down once. Right picture shows the tip is folded down twice.


Insert the folded end into the hair piece. Continue to sc around until the length of the piece is 10 inches long.

R8-XX [XXrs]: Sc around (5)
FO when the length is 10 inches.


Bend the hair into a spiral shape.

Insert the wire into the center of the head. Sew the hair to the head to secure it.

Mouth
Use dark blue yarn for the mouth. Place top pins on R20 and bottom pins on R22. Top pins are 7st apart and bottom pins are 3st apart.

Arm/Leg (Make 4)
Use dark blue embroidery thread and a 1.5 mm hook.
R1: 5sc in magic ring (5)
R2-7 [6rs]: Sc around (5)
FO and sew the arms and legs to the body

Keychain Crochet Pattern

Push the hook through the ring. Yarn over hook. Pull it through the loop. Push the hook through the next st.  Yarn over hook and pull through. Pull it through the other loop. Push the hook through the ring and yarn over. Pull through the loop.   Push the hook through the next st. Yarn over hook and pull through. Yarn over hook and pull through both loops. Make 11ss then FO and leave a long tail for sewing. How to Attach the Keychain Strap Put the tails of the keychain strap in the embroidery needle. Insert the needle through the middle of the crocheted piece. Pull through all the way. Make sure part of the strap gets pulled inside for better security. Use the tails to sew to the inside of the crocheted piece.
